For dogs, is there an interview or temperament test required?

Our interviews are conducted over the phone. In the event an answer(s) raises a ‘flag’, then a live temperament test may be needed for determination. More often than not, our series of additional questions, over the phone, can determine whether or not the criteria has been met 🙂
